At KidKraft, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and refund process simple and quick.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
